She also holds an LL.M in Oil and Gas Law (with Distinction) at the University of Reading, United Kingdom. Tanisa is also an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society. She is also a registered tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and Zanzibar Revenue Authority (ZRA).
